Here is a recipe for dumplings

1 package dumpling wrappers or one recipe for wrappers.
1 pound ground sirloin
1 block of crushed and squeezed tofu
garlic chopped 2 tablespoons
scant teaspoon sugar
rock Hawaiian salt
1 teaspoon shoyu
chinese parsley chopped and measured to taste
green onions finely chopped

Thoroughly mix and chill

Very fast to process dumplings this way.  divide filling with clean wet hands until you have enough for wrappers.

last division of little rolled filling should be about 1 teaspoon.

Firmly seal and crimp dumplings so that they are well sealed and will not burst or leak when filling swells in the cooking process.  This is important.

steam and fry or only fry until golden brown about 2 1/2 minutes at 350 degrees.
